1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Larger canvases may take slightly longer to process and ship.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How are the canvases packaged for shipping?
All canvases are professionally packaged with protective corners, bubble wrap, and sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Extra care is taken with larger pieces.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The canvas must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. Are the canvases ready to hang?
Yes. All canvases are gallery-wrapped and come with pre-installed hanging hardware (hooks or wire) so they are ready to hang right out of the box.
6. What material are your canvases made from?
We use premium 100% cotton canvas with a thick, durable wooden frame (1.5" depth). Prints are done with high-quality, fade-resistant archival inks.
7. Do you offer framed or unframed options?
Most of our products are gallery-wrapped canvas (ready to hang). Some designs are also available as unframed posters.
8. How do I choose the right size?
Each product page shows exact dimensions. We recommend measuring your wall space before purchasing. Popular sizes include 12x16", 16x24", 24x36", and large panoramic options.
9. Are the colors accurate to the pictures?
We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to different monitor settings. Each product has multiple high-resolution images.
10. Can I request a custom size or design?
Currently, we do not offer fully custom designs. However, many sizes are available — feel free to contact us if you need a specific size.
11. How do I clean my canvas?
Gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning chemicals. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my canvas arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
